Custom Hand-Sewn Wigs are Non-refundable. 

Regular Ready to Ship wigs maybe return within 7 business days form the date you receive your order.

All Wigs MUST be in its original condition. No lace modification, coloring or shampooing.

 Items return within prior authorization or without  customer service knowledge will be re-routed to the sender's delivery address.
